Meet Cathy, Head Receptionist
Cathy is our head receptionist at Wavescape Orthodontics. With a background in commerce and accounting, she ensures everything runs smoothly at the front desk, from appointment scheduling to managing patient records—all while making sure every patient feels welcome and comfortable.
Cathy loves connecting with patients and making their experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. She takes pride in being part of a team that creates positive outcomes and memorable experiences.
Outside of work, Cathy enjoys relaxing and spending quality time with her family and dog.
Meet Savannah, Orthodontic Nurse
Savannah is one of our Orthodontic Nurses here at Wavescape Orthodontics. While currently studying at Macquarie University with her sights set on a future in the medical field, she’s gaining hands-on experience in healthcare through her work at the practice.
Savannah loves seeing patients transform, not just in their smiles but in their confidence, which she finds incredibly rewarding.
Outside the practice, when she’s not studying or working, Savannah loves reading, doing embroidery, or building detailed models.
Meet Erin, Orthodontic Nurse
Erin’s journey into orthodontics started early, as her own experience with braces as a teen sparked a true passion for what she does today.
Erin loves seeing the incredible transformation in patients. For her, there’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone go from hiding their smile to showing it off with confidence. She also has a passion for working with neurodiverse children, creating a calm and positive environment that helps everyone feel comfortable.
Outside the clinic, Erin’s a busy mum to her daughter and enjoys keeping active on the netball court.
Meet Sydney, Orthodontic Nurse & Social Media Coordinator
She plays a key role in each patient’s journey—helping them feel at ease, supported, and well looked after throughout their treatment.
For Sydney, it’s all about helping people feel proud of their smiles and watching their confidence grow along the way. Sydney also enjoys managing Wavescape’s social media, showcasing behind-the-scenes moments and the team’s personality.
Outside of work, Sydney enjoys baking, seeing friends, and relaxing at home with her partner and their dog.
Meet Cairo, Reception
After previously being a patient of the practice, Cairo decided to join the front desk team, offering a fresh perspective and vibrant energy.
Cairo loves connecting with new people each day, appreciating the friendly, professional atmosphere at Wavescape, while finding the dental world fascinating.
Outside the practice, she enjoys rock climbing, sewing, beach days, travelling, and spending time with friends.
Meet Kathryn, Oral Hygienist
Kathryn’s journey into oral health started with her passion for health sciences and helping others. Since completing her Bachelor of Oral Health in 2013, she’s remained dedicated to staying up-to-date through continuing education and active involvement with the Dental Hygiene Association.
Kathryn not only loves helping patients achieve healthy, radiant smiles but also takes pride in seeing how oral health positively impacts overall wellbeing.
Outside the clinic, Kathryn loves the beach, spending time with loved ones, and travelling.
Meet Brittany, Senior Orthodontic Nurse & Lab Technician
Brittany is an experienced orthodontic nurse and skilled lab technician, playing a key role in crafting beautiful, lasting smiles.
Brittany enjoys building trust with patients and collaborating with her team to make real, life-changing transformations.
Outside of work, you’ll find Brittany enjoying the outdoors, painting or drawing, and spending time with loved ones.
Meet Kirsten, Orthodontic Nurse
Kirsten is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Medical Science and Physiology at the University of Sydney. Her work at Wavescape is valuable to her, providing practical experience in the healthcare world that she’s so passionate about.
Kirsten enjoys the hands-on side of the orthodontics process and being part of a supportive team that works together to create a positive and efficient environment.
When she’s not working or studying, Kirsten enjoys playing and umpiring netball, running, going to the beach, and spending time with loved ones.
Meet Anni, Dental Hygienist
Anni’s passion for healthcare and helping others started at a young age and led her to a fulfilling career in oral health. She holds a Bachelor of Oral Health from the University of Newcastle and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Peru.
Anni loves seeing the positive impact that good oral health has on overall wellbeing and values building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and their families.
Outside of the practice, Anni enjoys Zumba, beach days with her husband and daughter, trying new foods, and spending time with her nieces and nephew.
